Nowhere has the best music to get me through the rough time I am going through in my life. I was first turned on to RIDE by my then girlfriend in the summer of 1992. 17 years later, my marriage to this same beautiful girl is now in shambles, and I'm finding new signifcance in the lyrics on Nowhere. This album will forever always be a masterpiece of musicianship in my eyes. Thank you Loz, Mark, Steve, and Andy.

I remember as a student in Aberdeen (1990?) seeing Ride and forgot how brilliant a sound they have...recently "refound" the Nowhere album and its every bit as good now as then....fantastic..11/10. Taste is probably one of the best ever.

I remember seeing Ride twice in Sydney.. first time at the Hordan with Clouds and the Falling Joys and then the second at the Enmore when they toured with Leave Them All Behind. Prior to that last concert they played this video with all footage and music that went for about half an hour. It blew me away at the time. Does anyone remember it or know anything about it?

Just been lookin through this site and felt compelled to post a message cos err ... err just had the urge even though i've never bothered with any of this message boards type of stuff before ... Got into ride when i was about 15 after i heard taste on the top 40 on radio1 and i'm still listenin' to 'em 16 years later ... even playin' the chords for vapour trail etc on the guitar still makes me happy ... fuckin' class !!

I was into RIDE back in their hay day remember spending all my cash on just about every piece of vinyl that came out - still dig it out now again when some of the old friends around still sounds every bit as good.
I was lucky enough to get OX4 last year for my birthday. Previously my favourite track had to be a toss up between 'Twisterella' and 'Dreams burn down', however of late the most played tune on my Ipod has to be 'From time to time'

I have just recently got into Ride in a massive way, they made so much great music, it can really pull you through after a shite day in the office. Im currently looking to form a band in n around London/Harlow/Stortford, influences are Ride, Verve, Stone Roses, Cast, Kula Shaker, Oasis and near enough all Britpop an music in general.
